Tips for Choosing the Best Wedding Venue in New Jersey

Have a wedding vision

What kind of wedding do you want? The answer to this question should set the tone for everything you do during the planning process. If you want an outdoor wedding, a place like The Venetian is not a good fit for you, but the Grove or another New Jersey Wedding Venue might be perfect.

Set a realistic budget

When choosing a wedding venue in New Jersey, having a budget will come in handy. Most wedding venues offer beautiful spaces; it all comes down to choosing one that fits your budget.

Ask Questions

Don’t hesitate to ask all the necessary questions, such as:

  • What happens if there’s an emergency?

  • Is there a bridal suite?

  • Are parking spots available?

  • Is there an open bar?

It's always best to get as much information as possible and ensure you’re satisfied with the answers before signing any contracts with your New Jersey wedding venue.

Hire a wedding planner

If you can’t seem to decide between the available wedding venue options, it’s time to hire a wedding planner. A planner will not only help with decision-making, but due to their experience, can help you to think about challenges with the venue that you would not have imagined.

Final Review: The Grove vs. The Venetian

The Grove and The Venetian are two of the most highly sought-after wedding venues in New Jersey. Combined, they have catered to thousands of weddings, leaving the majority of those couples and guests satisfied.

If Italian-inspired architecture is what you want for your wedding, The Venetian is a great choice. For outdoor weddings, The Grove’s door is open to you.
